If you are a RETURNING APPLICANT, enter your username and password and click "Sign In" below. If you previously created an account using a PIN number, migrate your PIN to a username and password using the "PIN Account Migration" button below.

CONTRACTORS & VENDORS:

  • If this is your first time completing the background check consent form, please follow the instructions for New Applicant and select "Sign Up" to create an account.  
  • If you have already completed a form before and need to update information or complete a background check for another contract, please follow the instructions for Returning Applicant and sign in using your existing account. 
  • If you have questions regarding the status of your background check or clearance, please contact your employer (Vendor/Contracting company) directly, as Harmony Public Schools is unable to provide updates related to contracted personnel.
